At EVRYJEWELS, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
